Shipping policy

Ring Idea is operated by Trendy Designs LLC and ships jewellery and accessories to the countries available at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days when an item is available in a local fulfilment warehouse, and 5–7 business days when it is fulfilled internationally. The product page and checkout show the applicable estimate where available. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and carriers

When tracking is available, we send the tracking link to the email address used at checkout after the order is dispatched. The final-mile carrier may vary by destination and warehouse.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfilment, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or local handling charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

Split shipments and availability

Items in one order may be shipped separately when they are stocked in different warehouses. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable and will provide the options required by applicable law.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your parcel has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us at info@ringidea.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and apply the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Where your order ships from

Ring Idea works with supplier fulfillment partners. Depending on the selected product, variant and stock availability, orders may ship from a supplier warehouse in the destination country or from China. Not every product is stocked in every country.

Our registered company address in Sheridan, Wyoming is an administrative address, not a dispatch warehouse or a returns facility. Please do not send returns to this address. Contact info@ringidea.com before returning an item; after approval, we will email the return destination and instructions.
